Evidence-graded analysis, not investment advice
Memos, verdicts, scores and every other output are evidence-graded analysis to support your own judgement. They are not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a substitute for your own diligence. Claims graded C are estimates. You decide, and you are responsible for your decisions.
Your model keys
You connect your own model-provider keys. Usage on those keys is billed to you by the provider, under the provider's terms. You set the budget cap per run; we stop a run that would exceed it. The one free trial run is on us, capped at $20.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to collect personal data beyond what the stations gather from public sources.
- Only give agents access to a product, data room or account you are authorised to use.
- Only upload evidence you have the right to share with us and with model providers.
- No attempts to break isolation, extract keys or overload the service.
What agents do not do
Agents do not send email, post, or contact anyone. They write drafts; a human sends them.
Plans
Free includes 1 diligence per rolling 7 days per workspace (internal workspaces are exempt). Updating a target that has already been delivered (rewriting its stale sections or re-running one of its stations) does not count, within fair use. Paid plans are billed monthly per workspace and can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period and can export your data before and after.
